SWAI Studio offers:

• Content generation via artificial intelligence (text, image, video, documents)
• Automation tools and intelligent agents
• Access to premium features according to the chosen offer

Features may evolve at any time.

3. Access and Activation

Access to paid services is:

• Activated after payment validation
• Limited in time (e.g.: 1 month)
• Associated with the user account

Important: access is temporary and expires automatically at the end of the purchased period.

4. Payment Model

SWAI Studio operates according to a payment model:

• One-time payment (no automatic subscription)
• Limited-time access (e.g.: 30 days)
• Manual renewal at the initiative of the user

No automatic debit is performed.

5. Prices

Prices:

• Are displayed on the platform
• May be modified at any time
• Apply at the time of purchase

Prices are expressed in TND or USD.

6. Payment

Payment can be made via:

• Local payment solutions
• Or third-party providers

Important: SWAI Studio does not store sensitive banking data.

Payment is due immediately to activate the service.

7. Absence of Right of Withdrawal / Refund

Given the digital nature of the service:

• Access is activated immediately after payment
• No refund is made once access is activated
• Unless legally required, payments are non-refundable

8. Service Interruption or Unavailability

SWAI Studio does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Absence of interruptions

In case of technical problem:

• No automatic financial compensation is provided
• Adjustments may be granted on a case-by-case basis

9. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

• Use of their account
• Content generated via the platform
• Compliance with applicable laws

10. Nature of AI Services

The services are based on artificial intelligence technologies. SWAI Studio does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of the results
• The relevance of the content
• Absence of errors

Important: generated content is provided for informational purposes only.

11. Ownership and Use

The user may use generated content subject to:

• Compliance with laws
• Respect for third-party rights

SWAI Studio does not guarantee the uniqueness of the content.

12. Suspension or Refusal of Access

SWAI Studio reserves the right to:

• Suspend access
• Refuse service

In case of:

• Non-compliance with the Terms of Service
• Abusive use
• Legal risk

13. Modification of Offers

SWAI Studio may:

• Modify prices
• Modify features
• Modify offers

Without retroactive effect on purchases already made.

14. Personal Data

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. Applicable Law

These GTS are governed by Tunisian law.

16. Disputes

In case of dispute:

• An amicable resolution will be preferred
• Failing that, the competent courts will be seized
