SWAI Studio operates according to a model:

• Limited free access (if applicable)
• Paid access with limited duration (e.g.: 1 month)
• Manual renewal only (no automatic debit)

• Generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Results are not guaranteed
• The service does not constitute professional advice

Any use is at your own responsibility.

5. Authorized Use

You undertake not to use SWAI Studio for:

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Hateful, violent, or explicit content
• Disinformation or manipulation
• Violation of rights (copyright, privacy...)
• Creation of malicious deepfakes
• Spam or abusive exploitation

Technical Prohibitions

• Attempting to hack or overload the platform
• Reverse engineering of models
• Use for creating a competing service

6. User Content (Inputs & Outputs)

Your Content (inputs)

You are responsible for all content you submit:

• Prompts
• Images
• Files
• Data

You guarantee that you have the necessary rights.

Generated Content (outputs)

• You may use the generated content
• You are responsible for its use
• SWAI Studio does not guarantee its originality

7. AI and Third-Party Processing

SWAI Studio uses third-party services:

• AI providers
• Cloud infrastructure
• Analysis tools

Your data may be processed by these services.

Do not share sensitive information in your prompts.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, agents, code, design and technology are protected.

License of Use

We grant you a limited right to use the service.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous access
• Absence of errors
• Permanent availability

The service may evolve at any time.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or delete your account in case of:

• Violation of the GTU
• Abusive use
• Legal or technical risk

• Financial or indirect losses

• Use of generated content

12. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, the liability of SWAI Studio is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

Upon termination:

15. Changes

We may modify these GTU at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
